Psalm 32:1,2

1 <[A Psalm] of David, Maschil.> Blessed [is he whose] transgression [is] forgiven, [whose] sin [is] covered.

2 Blessed [is] the man unto whom the LORD imputeth not iniquity, and in whose spirit [there is] no guile.

I’m not too sure on this one but I am thinking its saying that not only are you blessed for your sins being covered (meaning you’ve repented of everything that you know of) but your also blessed if you have no iniquity working in your heart. Also your blessed if you have no guile in you. Thats just my take on what it says.
